Solluble provides a platform for fractional investment in real estate properties in Africa, connecting diaspora investors with property developers.

We facilitate the creation and management of Limited Liability Companies (LLCs) for each property, enabling co-ownership among multiple investors.

3. User eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use this platform.

By registering, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

4. Account registration and security

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep this information up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.

5. Investment terms

All investments are subject to the specific terms outlined in the property's offering documents, including the LLC operating agreement. Solluble is a platform provider and not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor.

6. Fees and payments

Solluble charges platform fees, management fees, and transaction fees as disclosed in each property offering. All fees are subject to change with prior notice.

You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include fraud, money laundering, unauthorized access, and misrepresentation.

All content on the platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Solluble or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Privacy and data protection

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solluble shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.
